Welcome to the official website of Zach Ostergren, youth Jiu Jitsu practitioner. Zach has his Orange belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He trains two or three hours a day, four or five days out of the week, and also assists in teaching the kid’s class. Zach has been on the wrestling team for two years, and boxes 2 days a week. He has been competing in Jiu Jitsu for almost 3 years and has taken gold or silver at every tournament. His other sports interests include basketball and football.
